Impersonating Garda pulls over plain clothes garda
A plain clothes garda discovered a man, impersonating as a garda, was pulling cars over using imitation blue lights.
The plain clothes garda was driving in Baldoyle, North Dublin yesterday when he was signaled to pull over by the impersonating ‘garda’.
During a search of the mans car, gardaí found a number of counterfeit items, including a fake garda badge and a flashing blue light.
Gardaí are investigating the matter.
