Blue Light Fight Night being held in Kildare

A charity fight night among some of Kildare’s emergency services will take place on Saturday 15th June.

The ‘White Collar’ event is in aid of HOPE(D) (Helping Other People Escape Depression). The charity ‘Blue Light Fight Night’ involves members of Naas gardaí, Kildare Fire Service, National Ambulance Service and Kildare Civil Defence.

The event will be held in the Osprey Hotel, Naas on June 15th and doors open at 7.30pm.

Tickets are €20 and are available from Naas Garda Station or any participating fighter.

HOPE(D) is based at 2 Henry Street, Newbridge, Co Kildare. It has 7 counselling rooms, a group therapy room, holistic zen room and it offers Psychotherapy & Holistic services to anyone in crisis from County Kildare.

A team of male and female Counsellors available daytime/evenings and provide flexibility in appointment timings to allow for work/life balance.

The organisation also supports youth through ‘School Wellbeing Program’
and accept referrals from local Hospitals, Primary Care centres, GPs, Gardai, other Community services, such as Community Health Nurse, Probation Office, Rehab, FRC.
